Trying to draw more chibis. Plus I take forever to draw and chibi's are a little bit faster

Wanted to make something glowy and yes I know all the shadows are off, hence the WIP cause I might re-do it. Plus I never colored his skin xD His hair is difficult...

Will move this to scraps when I re-do it.

Inking pens, prisma color markers and copic markers used.
